Our Journey
Our Story
Launch in Hong Kong
In February 2023, Stellar established its headquarters in Hong Kong with the incorporation of Stellar Digital Technology (HK) Ltd.; on 23 February we launched our first AI product, chat.stellar.hk. Powered by GPT large models for fast, fluent AI conversation, and combined with Stable Diffusion for intelligent image generation.
First Fine-tuned Model & API Platform
In June 2023, we released our first fine-tuned GPT model and opened an API. By fine-tuning open-source large models for vertical domains, we let enterprises and developers plug intelligence into their own products and go smart fast.
Entering the Mainland Market
In 2024, as the mainland introduced algorithm regulations, we moved to enter the market and established Shenzhen Xingwen Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. to handle mainland operations and compliance, building a dedicated mainland edition of our AI and API products.
Self-reliant Compute & Storage
In 2025, we recognized how heavily core AI technology depended on the United States. Amid US AI sanctions on the mainland and Hong Kong — including NVIDIA chip restrictions — our services were affected. We chose to build our own compute and storage ecosystem: founding Shenzhen Xingwen Chip Technology Co., Ltd. for hardware manufacturing, and an R&D headquarters in Hong Kong to lead hardware research and design.
Going Global
In 2026, we expanded our AI business internationally, establishing MiniCode LLC in the United States to handle international operations and compliance — bringing Stellar’s technology to the world.
